THE STEPS OF DONATING

At the hospital you will take a mini physical test as well as filling out a survey to see if you can donate blood. Or you can see the requirements by clicking
Now you donate! This step only takes ten minutes and hurts less than a shot. The hospital gathers only 450 ml from you, which is about a soda can and a half. The donating environment is friendly with comfy chairs, blankets and TVs.
After you are done donating, the friendly workers give you juice and cookies while you relax for ten minutes.
